Task Assignment Workflow

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Create Task:

   • Navigate to the Command Center or Scheduler.
   • Click + Create Task.

2. Enter Details:

   • Title: Enter the instruction (e.g., "Check Boiler Room Pressure").
   • Site: Select the location (e.g., Warehouse A).
   • Due Time: Set the deadline (e.g., 22:00).

3. Assign:

   • Select the specific Guard responsible.

4. Completion:

   • The guard receives a "Task" notification. They must mark it as complete in the app, and can attach a photo proof if required.
