Creating Patrol Routes

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Access Routes:

   • Navigate to Sites, select the specific Site, and click the Tours/Routes tab.
   • Click Create Route.

2. Build Sequence:

   • Add Checkpoints: Drag and drop the Checkpoints (created in Article 13) into the desired order for the patrol.

3. Set Parameters:

   • Expected Duration: Set the standard time this patrol should take (e.g., 20 minutes).
   • Tolerance: Set the "Overdue Alert" threshold. Example: If the patrol is not finished within 30 minutes, alert the Admin.

4. Save:

   • Click Save. Guards can now select this Route in the mobile app to begin the guided patrol.
