Using the Operations Center Dashboard
The Operations Center is your centralized command view for monitoring all field activity in real time. It combines live guard tracking, breach alerts, and workforce statistics into a single dashboard designed for supervisors and operations managers who need situational awareness across multiple sites.
Accessing the Operations Center
- Log in to the Attlock admin dashboard.
- In the left sidebar, navigate to Admin > Operations Center.
- The dashboard loads with the real-time map, guard list, and statistics panels.
The Operations Center requires the Company Admin, Super Admin, or Supervisor role to access.
Real-Time Map
The main panel displays an interactive map showing live guard positions across all your sites:
- Guard markers appear as icons on the map, color-coded by status (on duty, on break, off route).
- Site boundaries are outlined as geofence zones so you can see which guards are within their assigned areas.
- Click a guard marker to open a quick-info popup with the guard's name, current site, shift start time, and last GPS update.
- Zoom and pan to focus on specific regions or individual sites.
The map refreshes automatically every 30 seconds. A timestamp in the corner shows the last update time.
Live Guard List
The left panel displays a scrollable list of all guards currently on duty:
- Name and photo — Quick visual identification of each guard.
- Current site — The site the guard is assigned to for their active shift.
- Status indicator — A colored badge showing whether the guard is on duty, on break, or has triggered an alert.
- Last update — How long ago the guard's position was last reported. A warning icon appears if the update is older than 10 minutes.
Click any guard in the list to center the map on their position and open their detail card.
Guard Detail Cards
When you select a guard from the list or map, a detail card appears with:
- Shift information — Start time, expected end time, and assigned site.
- Contact details — Phone number and quick-dial button.
- Last checkpoint scan — The most recent patrol checkpoint the guard scanned, with a timestamp.
- Patrol progress — A progress bar showing how many checkpoints have been completed for the current tour.
- Last update time — The exact time of the most recent GPS ping.
Active Breach Alerts
The Breach Alerts tab displays real-time geofence violations:
- Guard name and site — Which guard triggered the breach and at which location.
- Breach type — Whether the guard left the site geofence, entered a restricted zone, or deviated from their patrol route.
- Time — When the breach was detected.
- Status — Whether the breach is active, acknowledged, or resolved.
Breach alerts appear as red markers on the map. Tap an alert to view full details and take action such as acknowledging or contacting the guard.
On-Duty Statistics
The top bar of the Operations Center shows key operational metrics at a glance:

These numbers update in real time as guards clock in and out or as alerts are triggered.
Searching Guards and Sites
Use the search bar at the top of the guard list to find specific guards or sites:
- Type a guard's name to filter the list and highlight their position on the map.
- Type a site name to filter guards at that location and zoom the map to that site.
- Clear the search to return to the full view.
Operations Center vs. Live Tracking
The Operations Center and the Live Tracking page both show guard positions, but they serve different purposes:

Use the Operations Center when you need a high-level operational picture. Switch to Live Tracking when you need to trace a specific guard's route history or investigate a location discrepancy.
