Using the Admin Operations Workspace
The Admin Operations Workspace is the task-focused area on the main Admin dashboard. It brings weekly coverage, recent review work, and Guard or Site lookup into one place so you can identify what needs attention and continue in the correct full workspace.
Open the Workspace
- Sign in to the Attlock dashboard.
- Open the Admin Dashboard.
- Scroll to the Operations Workspace below the dashboard summary.
- Choose Schedule, Reviews, or Resources.
Attlock remembers the last view used for your company in that browser.
Schedule
Use Schedule to review the selected week, identify open or uncovered shifts, inspect assignments, and publish eligible drafts if you are authorized. Search and filters help narrow the week by Guard, Site, or status.
Use Open full schedule for advanced planning, templates, detailed editing, forecasting, and other scheduling work.
Reviews
Use Reviews to scan recent Incidents, Time Off, Pass-ons, and Compliance exceptions. Select an item to see its status, context, Site or Guard information, and age or deadline.
The dashboard queue is a summary. Use the action at the bottom of the detail panel to open the owning workspace before approving, rejecting, resolving, or escalating anything.
Resources
Use Resources to search Guards or Sites and review basic operational context. The available tabs depend on your permissions.
Open the full Guard or Site workspace for complete profiles, assignments, documents, permissions, and history.
Why a View May Be Missing
A view or category appears only when both your company's available features and your account permissions allow it. For example, Schedule requires shift-scheduling access and permission to view shifts. If no workspace views are available, ask your company administrator to review your access.
Mobile and Tablet Use
On smaller screens, the weekly matrix becomes a date-grouped agenda. Selecting a shift, review item, Guard, or Site opens its details in a side sheet. Close the sheet to return to the list.
Important Boundary
The Operations Workspace is a launch surface. It does not replace the full Scheduling, Incidents, Compliance, Guard, Site, or other decision workspace. Always finish consequential actions in the owning workflow.
