Reviewing Incidents, Time Off, Pass-ons, and Compliance

The Reviews view on the Admin dashboard brings recent operational items into focused queues. Use it to identify what needs attention, understand the immediate context, and open the full owning workspace for the final decision or follow-up.

Available Queues

Depending on your company's features and your permissions, you may see:

  • Incidents: recent open incidents requiring triage or follow-up.
  • Time Off: pending Guard leave requests that may affect coverage.
  • Pass-ons: recent shift-handoff notes and continuity information.
  • Compliance: expired or incomplete credentials, training, or other compliance exceptions.

If a category is missing, your account may not have its required permission or your company's plan may not include that feature.

Search a Queue

  1. Select a review category.
  2. Enter a Guard, Site, status, title, licence, or relevant term in the search box.
  3. Select a matching row to open its context.
  4. Clear the search if no results match.

Only the selected category's bounded recent data is loaded into the queue.

Read the Detail Panel

The detail panel shows the information needed for initial triage, such as:

  • the Guard or Site involved;
  • item status;
  • a short description;
  • age, date, or deadline;
  • category-specific context such as leave dates, handoff parties, or compliance score.

On smaller screens, the details open in a sheet.

Continue in the Owning Workspace

Select Open incidents, Open time off, Open pass-ons, or Open compliance to continue. Use that full workspace to review complete evidence and apply the correct permissions and decision controls.

The dashboard review queue does not itself approve time off, resolve incidents, change compliance records, or complete a handoff.

Suggested Review Order

  1. Review critical or time-sensitive incidents.
  2. Review time-off requests that affect near-term coverage.
  3. Read recent pass-ons for operational continuity.
  4. Review expired credentials and training gaps before assigning affected Guards.

Follow your company's escalation, labour, privacy, and compliance procedures when making a decision.
