Triaging Incidents by Priority and Status

The Incidents workspace helps operations teams identify urgent reports, understand their status, and open the full record for evidence review and follow-up.

Open Incident Triage

  1. Open Incidents from the Admin navigation or from the Admin dashboard's Reviews view.
  2. Review the summary indicators for open work, investigations, breached deadlines, resolved-today items, and active critical incidents.
  3. Use the incident stream below the filters to inspect the current result set.

Filter by Status

Use the status control to switch between:

  • All Incidents
  • Open
  • Investigating
  • Resolved

A record may also show Closed as its final state. Status communicates workflow progress; it does not replace reading the incident record.

Search and Narrow the Stream

Search by incident title, location, Site, or Guard. Additional filters allow you to narrow by:

  • category;
  • subtype after a category is selected;
  • Critical, High, Medium, Low, or Info priority.

Select Reset All Filters when you need to return to the full stream.

Read the Incident Row

Each row can show:

  • title and short description;
  • Site and location;
  • priority and status;
  • SLA deadline or overdue indicator;
  • reporter and timestamp;
  • escalation tier when recorded.

Select the row to open the incident detail sheet and review the available narrative, evidence, timeline, and follow-up information.

Suggested Triage Order

  1. Follow your emergency procedure immediately for any active threat or life-safety event. Do not wait for a dashboard update.
  2. Review active Critical incidents and panic-related events.
  3. Review SLA-breached work and confirm ownership.
  4. Review High and Medium priority incidents that remain Open.
  5. Confirm that Investigating records have an assigned follow-up path.
  6. Resolve or close records only after the required evidence and actions are complete.

Create an Investigation When Needed

Use an investigation when an incident requires structured follow-up beyond the original report, such as evidence collection, interviews, assigned ownership, findings, and management review. Follow company policy for when an investigation is mandatory.

Safety Boundary

Attlock supports documentation and coordination. For an active emergency, contact emergency services and follow the Site's post orders and your company's emergency-response procedure. Dashboard indicators are not a substitute for direct verification.
