Geofencing Setup Guide

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Access Geofence Settings:
   • Open a Site profile and go to the Location & Geofence tab.
2. Select Type:
   • Radius (Simple): Use a circle for small, simple buildings. Set the distance (e.g., 50m).
   • Polygon (Complex): Use the drawing tool to outline exact property lines for large or irregular campuses.
3. Configure Entry/Exit Rules:
   • Alert Dispatch on Exit: Enable this to receive a notification if a guard leaves the site while on the clock.
   • Prevent Clock-In Outside Fence: Enable this to ensure guards cannot start their shift (and pay) until they are physically inside the boundary.
