Contacting Your Security Provider

View your security company's details, access multiple support channels, and get the help you need — all from within the app.

Viewing Security Provider Details

Attlock Client Portal service requests workspace.
Client Portal: use Service Requests to contact your security provider.
  1. From the Profile menu, tap "Security Provider".
  2. The provider detail screen loads with comprehensive company information.

What You Will See

  • Company Name and Logo — Your security provider's branding.
  • Phone Number — Tap to call directly.
  • Email Address — Tap to compose an email.
  • Physical Address — The company's office location.
  • Website — A clickable link to their website.
  • Company Code — A unique identifier for your provider.
  • Industry — The security sector they operate in.
  • Verification Status — Whether the company has been verified on the Attlock platform.
  • Founded Year — How long the company has been in operation.
  • Timezone — The provider's operating timezone.
  • License Number and Expiry — Their security license details for compliance verification.
  • Sites Covered Count — How many sites the provider manages.
  • Support Contacts List — Dedicated support personnel and their contact information.

Accessing Help & Support

  1. From the Profile menu, tap "Help & Support".
  2. The support screen opens with the subtitle "We're here to help you succeed."

Configuring Notification Settings

  1. From the Profile menu, tap "Notification Settings".
  2. Toggle push notification preferences for different alert types.
  3. Customize which events trigger notifications on your device.

Tips

  • Use service requests for non-urgent matters — They create a documented trail that both you and your provider can reference.
  • Call dispatch directly for urgent security situations — Do not wait for an email reply when immediate response is needed.
  • Check the Help Center first for how-to questions — many answers are available as self-service articles.
  • Keep your provider's phone number saved in your phone contacts as a backup in case you cannot access the app.
  • Note the verification status and license details — This confirms your provider meets regulatory requirements.
