White-Label & Custom Branding Setup
Attlock's white-label feature lets you present the platform under your own brand. Your company logo, colors, and name appear throughout the admin dashboard, the guard mobile app, the client portal, and all outgoing emails. This guide walks through every branding option and how to configure it.
Subscription Requirement

White-label branding is available on plans that include the white_label feature gate. If you do not see the branding options described below, your current subscription does not include this feature. Navigate to Settings > Billing and upgrade to a plan that includes white-labeling, or contact our sales team for a custom quote.
Accessing Branding Settings
- Open the admin dashboard and click Settings in the sidebar.
- Select the Branding tab.
- All changes on this page are previewed in real time before you save.
Uploading Your Company Logo
Your logo appears in several places: the admin sidebar, the guard mobile app splash and header, the client portal header, and the footer of all system-generated emails.
- In the Branding tab, click Upload Logo.
- Select a PNG or SVG file. Recommended dimensions are 400 x 120 pixels with a transparent background.
- A preview shows how the logo renders in light and dark contexts. If the logo is hard to read on one background, upload a separate dark-mode variant using the secondary upload slot.
- Click Save to apply the logo across all surfaces.
Custom Color Theme
You can override the default Attlock color palette with your brand colors.
- Under Theme Colors, set values for:
- Primary — used for buttons, links, and active states.
- Primary Foreground — text color on primary-colored surfaces.
- Accent — used for highlights, badges, and secondary actions.
- Sidebar Background — the background color of the admin sidebar.
- Enter colors as hex codes (e.g., `#1A2B3C`) or use the color picker.
- The live preview panel on the right updates instantly so you can evaluate contrast and readability.
- Click Save Theme when you are satisfied.
All color choices are validated for WCAG AA contrast compliance. If a combination does not meet accessibility standards, a warning is displayed with suggested adjustments.
Custom App Name
By default the platform displays "Attlock" in navigation bars and page titles. With white-labeling enabled you can replace this with your company or product name.
- In the App Name field, enter the name you want users to see (e.g., "SecureOps" or "Vanguard Platform").
- This name appears in the browser tab title, the mobile app header, and email subject lines.
- Click Save.
Branded Guard Mobile App
Once branding is configured, guards who open the mobile app see your logo on the launch screen, your colors on navigation elements, and your app name in the header. No action is required from guards — changes propagate automatically the next time the app refreshes its configuration.
Branded Client Portal
Clients who log into the client portal see your logo and color scheme on the login page, the dashboard header, and all report exports. This reinforces your brand identity when sharing reports and invoices with your clients.
Custom Email Templates
All system emails — shift reminders, incident notifications, invoice deliveries, and account invitations — use your branding automatically once configured.
- Your logo appears in the email header.
- The primary brand color is used for buttons and links.
- The sender name matches your custom app name.
To preview how branded emails look, go to Settings > Branding > Email Preview and send a test email to yourself.
Custom Domain and Subdomain
For an even more seamless experience, you can serve the admin dashboard and client portal from your own domain.
- Go to Settings > Branding > Custom Domain.
- Enter your desired subdomain (e.g., `ops.yourcompany.com`).
- Add the provided CNAME record to your DNS configuration.
- Once DNS propagation completes, Attlock verifies the record and provisions an SSL certificate automatically.
- Users can then access the platform at your custom domain.
Custom domains are available as an add-on for white-label subscribers. Contact support if you need assistance with DNS configuration.
