Viewing Your Timesheet

The Timesheet screen shows a breakdown of your worked hours, overtime, breaks, and earnings.

Accessing Your Timesheet

Scheduling: review and manage the assigned work before starting the shift.

Tap the More tab (grid icon) → Timesheet.

What You'll See

Time Period Selector

Toggle between:

  • Today — hours for the current day.
  • This Week — weekly total.
  • This Pay Period — current biweekly/monthly period.

Hours Breakdown

  • Regular Hours — standard-rate hours worked.
  • Overtime Hours — hours exceeding the overtime threshold (typically 40/week or 8/day).
  • Break Time — total break time deducted.
  • Total Hours — net worked hours.

Earnings (if enabled)

  • Regular Pay — regular hours × your rate.
  • Overtime Pay — overtime hours × overtime rate.
  • Shift Differentials — night/weekend/holiday premiums.
  • Total Earnings — estimated total for the period.

Daily Details

Scroll down to see a day-by-day breakdown:

  • Date
  • Clock-in and clock-out times.
  • Shift site.
  • Hours worked.
  • Break time.

Verifying Your Hours

If something looks incorrect:

  1. Check your clock-in and clock-out times for each day.
  2. Verify break deductions are accurate.
  3. If you find a discrepancy, contact your supervisor or admin.

Tips

  • Check your timesheet weekly so issues are caught early.
  • Breaks over 30 minutes on 6+ hour shifts may be auto-deducted.
  • Overtime is calculated automatically based on your company's rules.
