September gives administrators a faster, more focused view of the work that needs attention across schedules, reviews, resources, incidents, dispatch, and guard welfare.
Admin Operations Workspace
The Admin dashboard now opens into a task-oriented Operations Workspace instead of a general-purpose table. The workspace is organized around Schedule, Reviews, and Resources so operations teams can move from awareness to action with less navigation.
- Weekly coverage view: Review seven days of scheduled coverage, move between weeks, and filter by site, guard, or shift status.
- Exceptions first: Open and uncovered work is made easier to identify so coverage risks are not buried in a general list.
- Responsive mobile agenda: On smaller screens, the weekly matrix becomes a date-grouped agenda designed for quick review.
- Shift inspection: Select a shift to review its site, guard, timing, duration, status, and publication details.
- Controlled publishing: Authorized users can confirm and publish eligible draft shifts. Backend permissions remain authoritative.
- Full scheduling remains available: Advanced scheduling work continues in the complete Scheduling workspace.
Reviews and Resources
- Focused review queues: Recent incidents, time-off requests, pass-ons, and compliance items are separated into permission-aware queues.
- Context before action: Selecting a review item opens the supporting detail needed to understand it before moving to the full workflow.
- Guard and Site directories: Searchable resource views make it easier to find operational details without mixing resources into the schedule table.
Incident and Command Awareness
- Clearer incident triage: Incident views now emphasize open, investigating, overdue, resolved, and critical work with stronger search and filtering.
- Operational posture at a glance: Command Center indicators provide clearer visibility into active guards, pending dispatches, open incidents, panic alerts, and tickets.
- More useful deployment cards: Active deployment information is easier to scan, filter, and use for direct operational follow-up.
Guard Welfare Monitoring
- Active guard safety view: Welfare Checks now separates live guard monitoring from site-level rule configuration.
- Faster exception review: Supervisors can distinguish sent, responded, missed, and escalated welfare checks and review response timing.
- Direct follow-up: Where contact information is available, supervisors can move quickly from a missed check to a call.
Access and Permissions
The workspace only shows categories and actions available to the signed-in user. Company scope, feature access, permissions, and publication authorization continue to be enforced by Attlock's backend.
