November 2025 Release Notes
The November 2025 release focuses on data-driven security management with a new risk dashboard, automated reporting, and enhanced analytics across the Attlock platform.
New Features
- Risk Dashboard — A new dedicated dashboard for site risk assessment. View risk scores, incident trends, and vulnerability indicators across all your sites. Risk levels are calculated from incident history, guard coverage, and environmental factors to help you prioritize resources.
- Scheduled Reports — Configure automated reports that are generated and delivered via email on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Choose from pre-built templates covering shift summaries, incident reports, guard activity logs, and site performance metrics.
- Email Report Templates — Professional, branded email templates ensure your scheduled reports look polished when they arrive in stakeholders' inboxes. Templates are customizable per company.
- Enterprise Registration Flow — Large organizations can now onboard through a dedicated enterprise registration process. This streamlined flow supports bulk site creation, team provisioning, and custom plan configuration during initial setup.
- Billing Settings with Seat Monitoring — A new billing settings page gives administrators full visibility into their seat utilization. Track how many guard seats are active versus available, set utilization alerts, and forecast costs as your team grows.
Improvements
- Analytics Dashboard Enhancements — The analytics dashboard now includes new chart types, date range comparisons, and export options. Drill down into specific metrics by site, shift type, or time period for deeper operational insights.
- Timezone Management — Improved timezone handling ensures that all timestamps, schedules, and reports display correctly for users across different regions. Administrators can set a default timezone per site.
- Report Filtering — Scheduled reports now support advanced filters so you can target specific sites, guard teams, or date ranges in each report configuration.
- Dashboard Load Performance — Dashboard loading has been optimized for faster performance, especially for companies managing a large number of sites.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed risk score calculations not updating after incident resolution.
- Resolved scheduled reports occasionally sending duplicate emails during high server load.
- Corrected analytics chart rendering issues when comparing date ranges that span daylight saving transitions.
- Fixed enterprise registration flow not validating company domain during the verification step.
- Resolved seat utilization count not including recently deactivated guards in the billing summary.
