May 2026 Release Notes

May 2026 brings a smoother sign-in experience, clearer account security flows, faster day-to-day screens, improved mobile behavior, and a refreshed Help Center. These updates are designed to make Attlock easier to use for office teams, supervisors, guards, and clients.

Account Security

  • Smoother sign-in: Signing in across the dashboard, Help Center, and mobile apps is now more consistent.
  • Smarter two-step verification: Accounts that need extra verification are guided through it more clearly, while trusted sign-in methods avoid unnecessary prompts.
  • Remembered devices: When users choose to trust a device, repeated verification prompts are reduced where appropriate.
  • More reliable passwordless sign-in: Email code and magic-link sign-in flows are more consistent on mobile.
  • Clearer security messaging: Account security screens and sign-in prompts now use more direct language so users understand what to do next.

Mobile App Updates

  • More reliable mobile sign-in: Mobile apps now handle missing or incorrect setup more safely instead of leaving users in confusing sign-in states.
  • Improved client app startup: The client app waits for the right account and company information before showing access messages.
  • Refreshed client home screen: Client mobile now has a cleaner operations dashboard with faster access to live activity and common actions.
  • Settings consistency: Client settings and diagnostics now more closely match the guard app experience.
  • Better field stability: Guard, supervisor, Quickview, and client mobile apps received stability improvements around account state and session handling.

Dashboard and Reporting

  • Faster client incident views: Client dashboards, reports, and alerts now load incident information more efficiently.
  • Improved activity feeds: Guard activity and attendance-related views are more efficient and reliable.
  • Cleaner client alerts: Client alert views now focus on the most useful incident details with less waiting.
  • More consistent account context: Account, company, and security settings are shared more smoothly across dashboard and Help Center surfaces.

Help Center

  • Refreshed article library: Help Center articles and categories were updated so the published content better matches the current product.
  • Updated release notes: Version notes now summarize recent account security, mobile, dashboard, and Help Center improvements in one place.
