March 2026 Release Notes

Welcome to the March 2026 release of Attlock. This update delivers a comprehensive guard dashboard overhaul, full language and timezone support, and significant security improvements across the platform.

New Features

Product Landing Pages — New dedicated landing pages showcasing Attlock's core capabilities, giving prospective customers a clear view of the platform's value.
Admin Operations Center — A centralized hub for administrators to monitor and manage all security operations from a single screen, including real-time status updates and quick-action controls.
Client Calendar View — Administrators can now use a visual calendar interface to schedule and manage client site assignments, making shift planning faster and more intuitive.
Geofence Clock-In Validation — Guards must now be within the designated geofence boundary to clock in for their shift, ensuring accurate attendance and on-site verification.

Improvements

Guard Dashboard Overhaul — The guard mobile experience has been completely redesigned with dedicated sections for incidents, messaging, panic alerts, parking management, and visitor tracking. Navigation is faster and more intuitive.
Full Language & Timezone Support — Both web and mobile apps now support multiple languages and automatic timezone detection. Users can set their preferred language and timezone from their profile settings.
Guard UI/UX Enhancements — Refined layouts, improved touch targets, and clearer visual hierarchy across all guard-facing screens. Status indicators and action buttons are now more prominent and easier to use.
Permission Enforcement — Role-based access controls have been tightened across the platform. Every action now enforces granular permission checks based on user role and company scope.

Security Updates

Comprehensive Security Overhaul — Strengthened login flows, improved session management, and added additional validation for all sensitive operations.
Enhanced Data Scoping — All company-bound data now enforces strict isolation, preventing any cross-tenant data leakage.
Input Sanitization — Added additional validation layers to guard against invalid or malicious input across the platform.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where guard shift notifications could arrive after the shift had already started.
Resolved a display glitch on the admin dashboard when switching between dark and light themes.
Corrected timezone offset calculations for users in non-standard UTC offset regions.
Fixed parking violation alerts not appearing in the guard notification feed.
