June 2026 Release Notes
June 2026 focuses on clearer workforce communication, more dependable shift coverage alerts, smoother mobile experiences, and easier access to support guidance. These updates help office teams, supervisors, guards, and clients stay informed without needing to chase updates manually.
Scheduling and Coverage
- Smarter shift assignment alerts: Guards now receive clearer shift assignment messages, while supervisors and administrators can see scheduling updates in their notification inbox.
- Open shift follow-up: When an open shift is filled, the assigned guard receives a confirmation and operations teams can see the update from the dashboard.
- Improved cancellation visibility: Cancelled shifts now create clearer alerts for affected guards and dashboard updates for operations teams.
- Better coverage awareness: Missed clock-ins now escalate to the right operations users so teams can respond faster when a shift may be uncovered.
Time Clock and Attendance
- Clock-in reminders: Guards can receive reminders before a scheduled shift starts so they know when to prepare for clock-in.
- Missed clock-in alerts: If a guard has not clocked in after the shift start time, Attlock can notify the guard and alert supervisors or administrators.
- Clock-in confirmations: Guards now receive a clear confirmation when they successfully clock in.
- Clock-out confirmations: Guards receive a summary-style confirmation after clocking out, including whether the clock-out was early.
Dashboard Notifications
- Supervisor inbox updates: Supervisors can now see important scheduling and missed clock-in updates in their dashboard notification inbox.
- Administrator coverage alerts: Administrators can receive dashboard alerts when a shift may need attention, especially when supervisor escalation is not enough.
- Role-aware messaging: Notifications now use wording that fits the person receiving it, such as guard instructions, supervisor action alerts, or administrator coverage summaries.
- Less duplicate noise: Repeated events are handled more carefully so users are less likely to receive duplicate alerts for the same shift event.
Email and Mobile Alerts
- Email reminders for important events: Shift assignments, cancellations, reminders, and missed clock-ins can reach users by email where appropriate.
- Mobile push alerts: Guards and supervisors can receive timely alerts on mobile for shift and attendance events.
- Better priority handling: Higher-priority attendance and coverage alerts are easier to identify.
Help Center
- New version notes: The Help Center now includes this June update summary for customers and internal teams.
- Clearer notification language: Help and release-note content now describes alerts in everyday operational terms instead of technical language.
