July 2026 Release Notes
July focuses on helping security teams stay ahead of coverage needs, capture stronger field evidence, and get to the right workspace with less friction. These updates support office teams, supervisors, guards, and clients throughout the working day.
Shift Coverage and Attendance
- More reliable pre-shift reminders: Guards can receive reminders based on the timing selected for each site, helping them prepare for clock-in at the right time.
- Earlier coverage awareness: When an upcoming shift may need attention, supervisors and administrators can receive a high-priority coverage alert so they can follow up before service is affected.
- Clearer updates after schedule changes: When a shift assignment, site, or start time changes, future reminders stay aligned with the updated shift.
- Smarter delivery across channels: Important shift and coverage updates are delivered more consistently through the notification methods available to each user.
Reports and Field Evidence
- Longer video evidence: Guards can attach longer operational videos to reports when a situation needs more context than a photo can provide.
- Stronger report delivery: Shared reports and exports now provide a more dependable path from field documentation to the people who need to review it.
- Clearer client-ready reporting: Client-facing report views continue to focus on the information relevant to the services they receive.
Access and Setup
- More focused sign-in: Password sign-in and alternate sign-in methods are presented more clearly, making it easier to choose the right path for your account.
- Trusted-device choice: Users can choose to keep a trusted browser signed in for longer, reducing repeated sign-in steps when appropriate.
- More accessible company setup: Registration controls now provide clearer labels and easier keyboard access for new company administrators.
Help and Product Guidance
- Smoother support access: The Help Center better recognizes an existing Attlock session, so signed-in users can get to guidance without unnecessary extra steps.
- Clearer release notes: This update continues our customer-facing version-note format, focused on what changed for your work rather than how it was built.
