December 2025 Release Notes

The December 2025 release brings full billing and subscription capabilities to Attlock, along with a redesigned site view and improved shift management.

New Features

Secure Payment Processing — Attlock now supports secure payment processing. Companies can subscribe to plans, manage payment methods, and view billing history directly within the platform.
In-App Subscription Management — Administrators can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription plan without leaving Attlock. Quantity-based billing automatically adjusts as you add or remove guard seats.
Feature Entitlement System — Platform features are now gated by subscription tier. Each plan unlocks specific capabilities, and administrators can see exactly which features are available on their current plan. Upgrade prompts appear when accessing premium features.
Comprehensive Site View — The site detail page has been completely redesigned with organized tabs for Overview, Security, Billing, and Settings. Everything you need to manage a site is now accessible from one place.
Client Company Branding — Client companies can now upload their logo and set brand colors that appear on their site pages. This creates a professional, white-labeled experience for client-facing reports and dashboards.

Improvements

Shift Duration Validation — The system now validates shift durations to prevent unreasonable scheduling. Shifts exceeding configurable maximum hours trigger a warning before saving.
Break Management — Mandatory break periods can now be configured per site or company policy. The system automatically flags shifts that don't include required break time.
Access Control for Shifts — Only authorized supervisors and administrators can create, edit, or delete shifts for their assigned sites. Role-based permissions ensure scheduling integrity.
Billing Dashboard — A new billing overview shows current plan details, upcoming invoice amounts, payment history, and seat utilization at a glance.

Bug Fixes

Fixed subscription plan changes not reflecting immediately in the feature availability check.
Resolved an issue where the site settings tab was not saving custom configurations on first attempt.
Corrected billing history pagination that skipped entries for companies with many transactions.
Fixed brand logo uploads failing for images exceeding 2MB without a clear error message.
