August 2026 Release Notes
August brings a clearer way to review shift changes and introduces Attlock Growth, a separate workspace for security companies preparing business-development work with human review and approval.
Shift Swaps
- One review workspace: Administrators can review shift-swap requests from a focused queue with search, filters, request details, and history in one place.
- Clearer coverage decisions: Each request shows the guards, shifts, sites, timing, and coverage change involved before an approval decision is made.
- Safer approvals: Attlock rechecks scheduling conflicts and eligibility when a request is reviewed, helping prevent an outdated request from creating a new coverage problem.
- Documented rejection reasons: Rejected requests require a reason so guards and operations teams have a clear record of the decision.
- Support for different exchanges: The workspace supports direct swaps as well as requests where only part of the original coverage is being replaced.
Introducing Attlock Growth
Attlock Growth is a separate workspace for security companies preparing contract-fit research and reviewed outreach material. It uses the same Attlock account while keeping Growth company data separate from day-to-day Operations data.
- Guided company setup: Teams can record their services, territory, capacity, ideal contracts, and approved company facts.
- Project Docs and targeting: Company knowledge and targeting criteria can be reviewed and edited before they inform a campaign draft.
- Reviewable campaign drafts: Growth can help prepare campaign structure and message drafts, but an authorized person remains responsible for reviewing and approving the work.
- Clear workspace roles: Preparers can assemble work while Approvers retain control over approvals and other consequential actions.
- Truthful connection states: Delivery, inbox, reply, and performance areas show when no live data or active connection is available instead of presenting estimated activity as real.
Growth Control Boundaries
Growth does not automatically contact prospects, approve campaigns, accept terms, book meetings, or create activity on behalf of a user. Live prospect research, inbox synchronization, and sending are not implied by a saved draft or connected account.
